From idea to schematic to a working prototype in your hands — designed with production in mind from day one.

One service, the complete engineering path: circuit design, PCB layout, component selection — then the prototype itself, built and tested in our own laboratory and returned with practical design-for-manufacturability feedback before you commit to production.

Engineering connected to manufacturing

Schematics, footprints, routing, BOM choices, and production files are reviewed with assembly in mind. This reduces avoidable redesign and improves the handoff from prototype to repeatable production.

Fast validation cycles

First-article assembly, proof-of-concept devices, and validation runs from 1 to 50 pieces are returned with practical feedback on layout, BOM, testing, and enclosure constraints.

Mechanical integration when needed

We prepare or review 3D models around the PCB and can coordinate outsourced 3D printing for enclosures, front panels, jigs, and low-volume mechanical parts through vetted partners.
