PCB assembly is the core of our business, performed entirely in-house: SMD placement at up to 15,000 CPH with controlled reflow soldering, high-reliability hand soldering for sensitive parts, and through-hole (THT) assembly for connectors and power components.
From prototype to repeat production
We handle individual prototypes, validation batches, and recurring volume production. Boards can be single- or double-sided, rigid or flexible, with leaded or lead-free processes selected for the project.
Fine-pitch, mixed technology, and LED boards
Capabilities include components down to 0402, fine pitch to 0.2 mm, QFP, QFN, LCC, and SOP packages, and boards up to 400 × 480 mm. LED modules, strips, star boards, and lighting assemblies are produced as part of the same PCBA capability.
Inspection, test, and protected delivery
Optical inspection and ESD-safe handling are part of the standard production flow. Functional testing, rework, repair, and delivery-ready ESD packaging can be included according to the production specification.
