Every service works on its own — and they work best together. Because design, sourcing, winding, assembly and testing happen in the same workshop, iterations are measured in days, not weeks.
PCB assembly is the core of our business, performed entirely in-house: SMD placement at up to 15,000 CPH with controlled reflow soldering, high-reliability hand soldering for sensitive parts, and through-hole (THT) assembly for connectors and power components. There is no minimum order quantity — from a single board to recurring production.
One service, the complete engineering path: circuit design, PCB layout, component selection — then the prototype itself, built and tested in our own laboratory and returned with practical design-for-manufacturability feedback before you commit to production.
Transformer manufacturing is where Digitec Hellas began in 1954, and it remains a prime specialty: custom low-voltage transformers, coils and chokes, wound to your electrical specification and tested before they ship.
Custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses for industrial equipment, machine builders and electronics manufacturers — from your wiring drawing or a physical sample, in pilot batches or recurring volume.
We quote, purchase and quality-check every component on your bill of materials through authorized distributors, propose alternatives for obsolete or long-lead parts, and deliver complete kits or finished, tested boards — one order, one point of responsibility.
3D printing and CNC machining for the mechanical side of your product: enclosures, front panels, jigs and fixtures. Both are produced through our vetted partner network rather than in-house, inspected by us before they ship, and delivered fitted to the electronics that go inside them.

Send Gerber data, a BOM with manufacturer part numbers, pick-and-place files when available, assembly drawings, required quantities, and any inspection or testing requirements. If something is missing, we can help prepare it or review a physical sample.
Yes. We support single prototypes, validation batches, first-article builds, and repeat production. The most practical production route depends on materials, setup, quantity, and the maturity of the design.
Both options are available. We can source a complete BOM, work with consigned components, or combine the two approaches. Obsolete and long-lead parts can be reviewed for practical alternatives before purchasing.
Lead-free and leaded processes can be supported according to the project. Tell us the required RoHS, REACH, material, traceability, inspection, or documentation requirements during quoting so they can be included in the production plan.
Yes. Digitec Hellas supports customers in Greece and abroad. Packaging, documentation, delivery terms, and repeat-order logistics are agreed during quoting for each destination.
Yes. PCB assembly can be coordinated with custom magnetics, cable harnesses, component sourcing, testing, labelling, and delivery preparation so the finished assembly arrives ready for the next integration step.
Yes. Send your STL or STEP file and we quote it separately — all resin types, nylon (SLS/MJF) and metal, one piece to small series, delivered across Greece and the EU.
Yes. We take over existing designs — Gerber, BOM or a sample — and manufacture in Athens with EU invoicing, RoHS/REACH compliance, short lead times and one point of responsibility.
